Need python routines to manipulate Planar Straight Line Graphs (PSLG). This should include line segment intersection, calculation of graph paths, and routines to read shapefiles into PSLG data structures. Additionally primitives are needed to join PSLGs together, subset PSLGs, write PSLGs to jigsaw .msh format.
