Enhance Command Logging System

• Implement a logging mechanism to track executed commands with timestamps.
• Store logs in a structured format (e.g., JSON, CSV).
• Add an option to clear logs.

• Will there be some keybind to start logging or it will start logging when i start the app?
• what are you going to store in the log file like executed commands and the output??

I'll implement auto-logging on app start, with an option to toggle it. Logs (JSON format) will store the command, timestamp, exit status, and optionally the output. A CLI/menu option will allow clearing logs. Let me know if any changes are needed!
