This partially overlaps with #38
With this branch we can:
add-cdibranch on https://github.com/nsls2/hkl and then runpixi updateto get a locally rebuilt version of libhklenh/pixi-buildbranch of https://github.com/nsls2/cditools and then runpixi updateto get the updated version of cditoolsI think this sorts out one of the biggest mechanical blockers of implementing the hkl support at CDI as now we can easily get a dev version of hkl available on the floor.
