🩺 Stability & Availability | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
Comment lookup can match the wrong comment or fail the step on a non-matching pipe.
set -euo pipefail is active, and head -n 1 closes the pipe early. When gh api --paginate has more output than head reads, gh can receive SIGPIPE and exit non-zero. pipefail then propagates that status, and the assignment fails the step under set -e. This happens on PRs with many comments, where multiple pages of matches can exist. After the first deploy, a matching comment exists, so later runs can hit this on long threads. Collect all matches with jq, then pick the first one without closing the pipe early.

How does it co-exist with existing manual doc preview triggers? |

| 💡 | .github/workflows/docs.yaml:322-329 - The comment always links the preview root, but on a PR that touches only the web client build-docs is skipped and preview/pr-N/ holds nothing but client/, so the one link posted 404s and the URL that works is missing. #1063 and #1148 are in that state today (preview/pr-1148/ returns 404, preview/pr-1148/client/ returns 200), so their next push would post a dead link. Pass the build-docs / build-app results into the step and list the docs URL and ${base}client/ only for what this run built. |

Automatic PR previews currently put their URL only in the Actions summary, making a successful deployment easy to miss in the PR conversation.
Post a preview-link comment after the automatic deployment succeeds, and update the existing bot-owned comment on later builds. Existing deployment triggers and fork handling remain unchanged.
