build: preflight xkbcommon and document GLFW prerequisites - #1355
Fresh Linux source builds with visualization enabled can fail inside GLFW because the documented prerequisites omit libxkbcommon-dev. Check xkbcommon>=0.5.0 in the shared Wayland preflight and report the package in the existing combined installation command.
Document the GLFW development packages and point OAK, Wuji, LeRobot, and camera source-build setup at the shared prerequisites.

New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
Documentation update
Testing
Isolated CMake/pkg-config checks: installed, missing, too-old, Wayland/viz disabled, missing pkg-config, non-Linux, and retry after the dependency becomes available.
Real top-level configure with xkbcommon hidden: actionable failure before GLFW fetching.
make -C docs current-docs, shell syntax check, and all pre-commit hooks with the CI skip.
No new test suite; exercised the existing preflight directly. Device hardware regressions remain for QA.
Catch missing Wayland keyboard development files before fetching GLFW, and direct source-build entry points to complete shared prerequisites.
Signed-off-by: Jiwen Cai <jiwenc@nvidia.com>
The build preflight now checks for xkbcommon >= 0.5.0 when BUILD_VIZ enables GLFW’s Wayland backend and PkgConfig is available. The source-build instructions list this prerequisite and related Ubuntu development packages. The OAK, Wuji Glove, SO-101 Leader, and camera visualization instructions now refer readers to shared setup documentation.
NVIDIA/IsaacCapture#1301: Adds a setup guide that refers to the shared source-build prerequisites.
NVIDIA/IsaacCapture#1348: Adds redirects to the OAK, Wuji, and source-build pages updated by this PR.
Merge Risk: Low · up to 2ba4c
Most builds remain unaffected, but some Wayland setups require an avoidable additional configure cycle.

Explanation
The title "build: preflight xkbcommon and document GLFW prerequisites" matches the main changes: the CMake preflight now requires xkbcommon>=0.5.0 when the Wayland backend is enabled, and the docs now list GLFW prerequisites and point source-build entry points to the shared prerequisites page. It is specific, concise, and follows a conventional commit style. Minor detail omitted: the title does not mention the Ubuntu install command update, which is part of the documentation change but not the main point.

Explanation
Docstring coverage is 0.00% which is insufficient. The required threshold is 80.00%. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff. Documentation-only edits and deletions within surviving functions are included; unchanged diff context and fully deleted functions are excluded. Analyzed 1 functions across 1 files.
