This MR removes some dependencies and replaces those by python stdlib. This includes jsbeautifier, importlib_metadata (since minimum Python version is 3.10 which is newer than 3.8 where it was introduced). We cannot replace more itertools yet since we do not require python 3.12 and newer.
Also, some missing dependencies were added to pyproject.toml.
