Brain immune profile for SpatialDecon

Hi,

I want to do a SpatialDecon on glia and immune cells in the adult human brain, is there a good matrix for any of these?

Hi Kyohei,

We currently have two human brain matrices (Brain_AllenBrainAtlas.RData &
Brain_Darmanis.RData) with cell types and publications so you can make an informed decision on which profile to use. If none of those are what you are looking for, you can create your own profile matrix from any single cell paper using the create_profile_matrix() function in spatialDecon.
