Error Running Combine Sample Metadata R Custom Module

After running Combine Sample Metadata R Custom Module and following all the instructions on Custom Module: Combine Sample Metadata doc, I received the following error message while running Combined Metadata custom module:
"Failed to Start Pipeline Run. Cannot Start Pipeline step: entry/point for the custom script is not defined!"
