Clears the "Node.js 20 is deprecated" annotation from the last run by moving every action to the major that runs natively on Node 24. All of these majors are runtime-only bumps (verified from their release notes — no functional breaking changes); ubuntu-latest is well past the required runner v2.327.1.

Action From To
actions/checkout v4 v5
docker/setup-qemu-action v3 v4
docker/setup-buildx-action v3 v4
docker/login-action v3 v4
docker/metadata-action v5 v6
docker/build-push-action v6 v7
peter-evans/dockerhub-description v4 v5

Why checkout v5 and not the latest v7: v6 moved persisted git credentials to a separate file, and the keepalive step (git push from the runner) depends on the current credential-persistence behavior. v5 is the pure Node 24 bump with no such change, so it's the safe choice here.

Clears the Node 20 deprecation warning by moving every action to the

runner v2.327.1).

- actions/checkout v4 → v5 (stop at v5: v6 changes git credential
persistence, which the keepalive step's `git push` relies on)
- docker/setup-qemu-action v3 → v4
- docker/setup-buildx-action v3 → v4
- docker/login-action v3 → v4
- docker/metadata-action v5 → v6
- docker/build-push-action v6 → v7
- peter-evans/dockerhub-description v4 → v5
