This PR adds Bandit security linting to the CI workflow as requested. It reorganizes the linting stage so that Ruff, Flake8, and Bandit run as three separate, parallel jobs, which makes the CI graph more informative and visually appealing. All platform-specific test jobs now depend on these three linting jobs passing.

Changes:

  • Updated requirements-dev.txt to include bandit.
  • Modified .github/workflows/ci.yml:
    • Added lint-bandit job.
    • Updated lint-flake8 to only install flake8.
    • Updated test-linux, test-windows, and test-macos to depend on lint-bandit in addition to lint-ruff and lint-flake8.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 14706640737109241182 started by @Natuworkguy

- Added `bandit` to `requirements-dev.txt`.
- Added a new `lint-bandit` job to `.github/workflows/ci.yml`.
- Updated test jobs to depend on `lint-ruff`, `lint-flake8`, and `lint-bandit` to create a parallel linting stage in the CI graph.
- Optimized `lint-flake8` to install only its own dependencies.
