PR Description: Build the Shipment Detail Header Section
Overview:
Implemented a fully functional ShipmentDetailHeader component that serves as the top section of the shipment detail page, displaying critical shipment information with a responsive, user-role-aware design.
Key Features:
Prominent Display: Shipment ID prominently displayed with Package icon
Status Indicator: Color-coded status badge with animated pulse indicator
Route Information: Origin → Destination with visual arrow divider
Timeline Info: Expected delivery date (ETA) clearly visible
Role-Based Actions:
Company users: "Update Status" button
Customer users: "Track" button
Responsive Layout: Horizontal on desktop, stacks vertically on mobile
Design Consistency:
Uses project's emerald/teal color scheme (#00d4c8)
Matches existing component conventions from dashboard
Dark theme with glassmorphism effects
Quality Assurance:
✅ Lint: Pass (0 errors)
✅ Tests: 86/86 passed
