Adds a new "Upload to Server" menu item in the Tools menu that allows users to upload client or editor assets directly to the server via HTTP.

Changes:

  • Added "Upload to Server" menu item to Tools menu in frmMain
  • Created FrmUploadToServer dialog with:
    • Server URL configuration
    • Upload type selection (Client/Editor assets)
    • Directory browser for source files
    • Progress bar for upload tracking
    • Status display
  • Implemented upload logic using HttpClient to POST files to EditorUpdatesController endpoints (/api/v1/editor/updates/client and /api/v1/editor/updates/editor)
  • Added comprehensive localization strings for upload feature
  • Upload supports authentication via bearer tokens from stored TokenResponse
  • Files are uploaded in batches to improve reliability
  • Settings are persisted across sessions using Preferences

This feature complements the existing server-side upload API endpoints and provides a convenient way to deploy assets without manual file copying or external tools.
