Release 1.3.0 with the exact F4 Deep adapter checkpoint 1950 that the owner installed for local testing and explicitly asked to ship as a minor upgrade. The shared resource updates the Mac, Linux and Windows apps; the base revision, LoRA shape, Medium/High weights and runtime cleanup policy remain unchanged.

F4 failed the original promotion gates. The release record and changelog preserve its measured correction/app gains and broad, grammar/list and vocabulary regressions, including unsupported joins and lost bullets. The owner’s later release instruction overrides the hold; it does not qualify the model or consume sealed acceptance. No frozen experiment is rerun.

Include Disfl-QA/SQuAD and ErAConD attribution, source pins, modification descriptions and the retained ErAConD MIT text. Mac packaging verifies exact Deep weights, config and notice; Linux and Windows installers carry and verify the notice.

Validation:

• Focused bundled-adapter compatibility/loading and About tests pass on macOS.
• Exact weight/config SHA-256 matches checkpoint 1950; 224 F16 tensors, rank 8, scale 20, last 16 layers.
• Release-note tests, release/packaging script syntax and whitespace checks pass.
• Mac, Linux (deb/rpm/AppImage) and Windows installer builds/checks pass in run 37609582405, including exact Mac assets and delivered source notices.
• Linux and Windows formatting/lints/tests/speech-engine smoke checks pass in run 37609582409 (612 and 596 test executions, respectively; zero failures).
