Bug fix

Fix phantom overnight rooftop generation. Hourly irradiance noise
N(0, 0.05) was added unconditionally in the availability-profile
generator, so its positive half leaked through at night (where the base
solar profile is zero), producing ~3.7% of annual output as non-physical
overnight generation. The noise is now gated to daylight hours; night
hours are exactly zero and daytime variability is unchanged.
