Description
Need to update go packages and golang version to fix vulnerabilities.
Our DRNavigator version is affected, because it uses go 1.23.2 and few olde images for alpine, python, golang, etc.
Solution
v1.24.23.13.5-alpine3.221.24.4-alpine3.223.20.6
