Introduce bruno+envgene support

The PR introduces significant new functionality:

• Bruno test runner support with parallel collection execution (test-runner.sh, tools/bru_tools.sh, tools/bruno-to-allure.js)
• EnvGene configuration mapping (envgene.sh)
• Improved git-clone.sh with richer error handling, HTTP code diagnostics, archive validation, and submodule support via git clone
• Allure report upload to S3/MinIO (upload-monitor.sh)
• Bug fixes in email-notification scripts (division-by-zero guard, ShellCheck cleanups)
