- Update Prerequisites to emphasize keeping Azure CLI up to date
- Add Step 4: Enable SCM Basic Authentication to prevent 401 errors
- Add Step 5: Configure environment variables with examples
- Update GitHub workflow notes to clarify app-name is optional
- Add extensive Troubleshooting section covering:
- API version errors (outdated Azure CLI)
- Missing resource group in URI
- 401 Unauthorized during deployment
- Publish profile invalid errors
- App crashes on startup due to missing env vars
- Runtime verification commands
- Deployment status checks
