When I am writing a warning to a user (usually PM, but in rare cases, also as a public message in the forum), it would be nice to have a quick menu as a dropdown that would insert a section name and link to a section in the forum rules.
I do not like to give warnings to people, but when I have to do it, it should ALWAYS be founded in the rules of the forum or CoC with references to the correct section so there is no doubt what it is about. A quick menu will help a lot in making this work as easy as possible.
