Replace the project-specific sf launcher with the shared agents-and-main skill command: sb main and sb agents switch and fast-forward the current checkout. Remove the obsolete selector, installer, isolation test and CI step; document the shared adoption path.
The shared skill and sb command are installed locally and verified on a throwaway repository: both branch switches persist, dirty work is preserved, and an occupied worktree branch is refused. All ten remaining project core tests and syntax checks pass. Existing sessions and their evidence remain untouched.
