The star history chart in the README was broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Point it to a working alternative so the chart renders again.

The Star History chart in the README is currently broken because it depends on the GitHub stargazer API, which now restricts access. This switches the chart to a working alternative that renders without any API token, so the chart shows up correctly again.
