UBC GMCA Mini-MBA Team Project

This repository contains the final deliverables and presentation materials for the Health-in-a-Box project developed as part of the Graduate Management Consulting Association (GMCA) Mini-MBA Program at the University of British Columbia (UBC).

The project focused on developing an innovative and scalable healthcare-oriented business concept through the application of core MBA frameworks and strategic analysis tools.


About the Mini-MBA Program

The Mini-MBA Program was organized by the Graduate Management Consulting Association (GMCA) at the University of British Columbia in Spring 2018.

The program was designed to introduce STEM and Humanities professionals to practical business and management concepts through an intensive multi-session format led by experienced professionals and industry mentors.

Project Overview

Health-in-a-Box

Health-in-a-Box was developed as a team-based business concept focused on improving healthcare accessibility and service delivery through an integrated and scalable solution model.

The project applied MBA methodologies including:
