Requirements

• Never record shell commands executed inside Linux.
• Never store sensitive output.
• Record only operation metadata.
• Prepare for future lifecycle operations in Phase 4.

Acceptance Criteria

• History is displayed in chronological order.
• History persists across application restarts.
• Sensitive information is never recorded.
