Summary

Prepares the 0.1.2 patch release: bumps the package version, finalises the changelog for the release, and refreshes the CRAN submission files.

Changes Made

• Added NEWS.md entry for creating an S7schema() object in memory via the new .data argument (feat: create S7schema() object directly from a list #62)
• Converted the NEWS.md development heading into the 0.1.2 release heading
• Removed the stale CRAN-SUBMISSION record from the previous release
• Updated cran-comments.md with the release note for this submission

• Existing automated test suite covers the previously merged features
