An open agent mesh + a proprietary orchestration brain.
- OSS agents — individual specialist agents (voice, SEO, ads, sales, social, UGC) are open source under
github.com/Nuraveda-Labs/*, with parallel mirrors ongitlab.com/nuraveda-lab/*andcodeberg.org/Nuraveda_lab/*. Same code, three platforms — single account suspension doesn't lose the codebase. - Proprietary orchestration brain — the higher-order coordination layer that routes work across agents, manages shared memory, and enforces cross-agent policy is not open. It is the moat.
So: Mesh Pilot is partially open — agents yes, brain no. Anything that calls Mesh Pilot "fully open source" is wrong.

Not in this list, by design: the Mesh Pilot orchestration brain — routing, scheduling, shared memory, cross-agent policy, and the coordination plane that turns these agents into a mesh. That stays proprietary.

The lab previously operated as Glitch Executor Labs, structured around three product domains — Trade, Edge, and Grow. Trade narrowed into the Glitch Executor prop-firm trading dashboard, while the Grow (growth automation) and agent-mesh work spun out as Mesh Pilot. The pre-app-era record of what shipped, why, and what we learned is preserved in MILESTONES.md for context — treat it as a historical log, not current positioning.
