[Bug]: Playback error Torrent error: Failed to add torrent

Bug description

Regardless of what title I want to reproduce and regardless of what source I try to use to watch it, I get the error "Torrent error: Failed to add torrent". Sometimes it happens when directly clicking play or directly after selecting any source.

Checked Torrserver.exe on web and on terminal but no errors on the terminal logs.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Nuvio
2. Select a title
3. Click play
4. If the sources options appear, select a source
