IP23-Fish-eDNA-to-assess-estuarine-ecological-status

Use of eDNA metabarcoding to monitor estuarine fish and assess estuarine ecological status, in compliance with the Water Framework Directive (WFD), for the evaluation of national water bodies to ensure GES (Good Ecological Status).

Raw sequencing reads and associated metadata have been deposited in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (BioProject PRJNA1280754). Resulting OTU table, metadata, reference database, and code used to generate the results are available on the GitHub repository https://github.com/rodriguez-ezpeleta/AFI_paper
