Audit of the hive-metastore documentation to fix small gaps and align
with OKDP standards.

helm/hive-metastore/README.md(.gotmpl): completed thePrerequisitessection with the missing PostgreSQL + S3 infrastructuredependencies.
README.md: aligned badges, branding and footer with okdp-sandboxconventions.
The rest of the documentation (commands, chart values, structure) was
reviewed and is consistent with the codebase — no other changes needed.
