This PR switches provisioning to use the OKDP Spark distribution tarballs published from spark-images.
spark-images now produces
spark-xxx-bin-hadoop.tgzdirectly from the patched, source-built Spark container images. Using these tarballs lets us reuse the exact same Spark binaries across environments (e.g., Jupyter notebook images) while keeping distribution contents consistent with the runtime images.Relate on PR: #28
