Added a RadDist type for reading the radiation structure from an M3DC1 timestep. The M3DC1 raddist subclass is nearly identical to the NIMROD subclass-- the only differences are the names, and the order of the three inputs to self.interp_operator. Feel free to combine the classes if you see an elegant way to do so.
