Applies a correction for hematocrit to transform whole blood AIFs into plasma
AIFs Cp(t)=Cb(t)/(1-Hct).Adds a correct_hematocrit() function with array and ArterialInputFunctions support, an optional hematocrit parameter to the
fit_model(), and validation and unit tests.
