fix(brand): replace hero banner with the official glitch wordmark banner - #4

Swap the README banner to brand/logo/exports/og-1200x630.png (Basileak glitch wordmark), remove the retired text-free hero illustration (png/2x/svg) and its .gitattributes carve-out, drop the Failed Samurai epigraphs from the README, and update the brand review notes to record the banner and wordmarks as the reviewed current assets.
