The QS01/QS02 restructuring merged via OWASP#38, but the README's callout box still described it as pending Sprint 1 discussion. Updated to reflect that it has landed. Also adds a table for the four QSxx-prefixed candidate entries now merged into quantum-top-10/ awaiting Sprint 1 ranking (OWASP#13, OWASP#20, OWASP#22, OWASP#39), so a reader browsing the directory can see they exist and that none is confirmed for v1, without having to notice the placeholder filenames or cross-reference open PRs.

The QS01/QS02 restructuring merged via #38, but the README's callout box
still described it as a pending Sprint 1 discussion topic rather than
something that had already landed - updated the wording to match reality.
Also adds a short table listing the four QSxx-prefixed candidate entries that
have merged into quantum-top-10/ awaiting Sprint 1 ranking (#13, #20, #22,
#39). Right now a reader has to notice the placeholder filenames or
cross-reference open PRs to know these exist; the table just makes that
visible, with an explicit note that none is confirmed for v1 and inclusion
isn't an indication of outcome.
