This PR adds the files necessary to run the CraftOS-PC debugger. These files have been stripped of all relevant CraftOS code, and proper
requirestatements were added to allow running on Recrafted. Even though the files are usually licensed as CCPL (since they're included with the CCPL ROM), as code owner/licensor I'm licensing the code in the same MIT license.Feel free to approve or reject these changes in the main repo; I'm just making it a bit easier for people who want to use the debugger with Recrafted.
