Fieldwatch currently exposes its UI only in English. This adds a persistent language preference so users can use the app in Spanish without changing their device language.
The Settings screen now switches between English and Spanish, with Compose UI and relevant notification text localized. English remains the default for older settings, imported settings retain their selected language, and restoring defaults preserves the preference. Focused tests cover legacy configuration, import/default restoration, and translated labels.
