task: revisit where Radio stats lives in Settings #980

Revisit where Radio stats lives. Owner, 2026-10-22: leave it as a top-level Settings category for now, "I will want to revisit it."

The question raised: Radio stats is already reachable from the app-bar icon (RadioStatsIconButton, lib/widgets/app_bar.dart:71, gated on supportsCompanionRadioStats), so the Settings entry may be redundant, and the icon itself may want to change.

Two things to settle when this is picked up:

• If the Settings entry goes, the app-bar icon becomes the only route, and a radio without supportsCompanionRadioStats has none at all. That is probably right, but it should be decided, not discovered.
• The current icon is Icons.circle, which does not say what it opens.
