fix: rename TSLA demo document

Summary

• Rename the bundled TSLA demo document from TSLA-Q4-2025-Update(1).pdf to TSLA-Q4-2025-Update.pdf
• Update static demo metadata, chunk paths, chat citations, and fixture tests
• Restyle Sources used actions as link-like clickable buttons
• Make previewable original-file jumps more explicit while keeping unsupported originals quiet
