Sync Notebook UI with Dashboard styling

Summary

• Adds Dashboard-aligned theme support, font/theme tokens, dropdown theme switching, button/menu variants, and the Dashboard logo mark in Notebook.
• Adds a top-nav Dashboard link driven by DASHBOARD_ORIGIN.
• Adds a large empty parsed-chunks upload state that supports click-to-upload and drag-and-drop upload when no source is selected.
• Adds parsed chunk list keyword search with highlighted matches and previous/next controls that jump through matching chunks.
