The banner was accidentally removed in PR Ontos-AI#65 as part of a larger README rewrite. Restores the full-width brand image at the top of the README. Closes Ontos-AI#80 Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

This PR updates the README to reflect the streamlined two-step architecture (Parse and Build Memory, Agentic Retrieval) and clarifies the environment configuration instructions. It also includes new images in the
docs/assets/directory to visually support the architecture changes, and adds adocs/external-services.mdfile for detailed dependencies. The.env.examplefiles for both API and Worker have been updated to explicitly list the required API keys (e.g., LLMs, Mineru).
