Awesome! Nice and thorough. Thank you for the comments on the fields that we need to check on. I'm good with getting this merged in. We can check with the team, Good Dads, and Neon on those remaining fields and use a separate PR to address those so that we can keep moving forward for the demo.

This is the first version of the db->pdf transformation ready for testing.
Bypassed chromatic test to merge - chromatic failed due to missing token. Pull-request test, prettier + linter etc., passed
Some issues may remain to be resolved, but testing and demo should be possible regardless.
