Move the 3 mm notch or mark to the long side

Knowing that crews often use pin flags (instead of avalanche/height poles) for height measurements, it may be helpful to move the 3 mm notch to the long side of the tool at the 5 cm mark to facilitate that.

The downside to putting the notch at 7.6 cm that would be that the notch wouldn't be 15 cm from the end of the tool, which we'd want if the crew was using it to identify the search radius for heights.
