Replace hardcoded test coordinates with navigator.geolocation.getCurrentPosition and add comprehensive error handling and options. fetchLocation was changed from async to a callback-based function that stores latitude/longitude in localStorage and calls fetchNotifications on success. Also resolves leftover merge conflict markers and enables high-accuracy, timeout, and zero maximumAge options.
Integrate language support into the NotificationsPopover component by utilizing the useLanguage hook. Update notification messages to be translatable, including tooltips, titles, and feedback prompts. Additionally, add corresponding translations for notifications in multiple languages, ensuring a consistent user experience across different locales.
