Add a LICENSE.md

Even though the source code is open, it's not clear under what license it is.
So far (without a license notice), it's proprietary and under the rules of strict copyright ownership by "the contributors".

I suggest adding an open source license (preferably GPLv3 or MIT in my point of view).

As the project is currently tightly integrated with BWAPI, which is LGPL 3, I assume it has got to be compatible, so I'm gonna release a fork under GPL3! SUE ME!

We're building a StarCraft: Brood War replay analysis tool and would like to use OpenBW for headless game state extraction.

Since OpenBW is tightly integrated with BWAPI (LGPL-3.0), could you confirm the intended license? Adding a LICENSE file would help downstream projects use OpenBW with confidence.
