Removes [fast-xml-parser](https://github.com/NaturalIntelligence/fast-xml-parser). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@aws-sdk/xml-builder](https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-js-v3/tree/HEAD/packages-internal/xml-builder). These dependencies need to be updated together.
