Issue: Upstream event-store-dbal repo is EOL. We need to fork in order to keep up-to-date with dbal 4.
broadway/event-store-dbalis not compatible with doctrine dbal 4, so split this from the main PR.In general, on my forked
event-store-dbal, all tests are green, including the devconf tests.Relevant PR that blocks this:
broadway/event-store-dbal#75
Also, ensure Gateway & Middleware use the same doctrine/orm versions?
