- Rewrite the guidance in short controlled English (roughly 80% of ASD-STE100): one instruction per sentence, vertical lists. - Replace "read these four docs before doing anything" with a table that says which doc to read for which kind of change. - Add the Claude Opus 5.5 stop/go rules (Autonomy), a Finish line for changes and releases, and a fixed three-heading Report. - Fix the dev-workflow example: dikw-converter-pdf does not exist in packages/; use dikw-converter-mineru.
