Add pose export to the joint toolbar with aligned dialog actions and full-precision rad/m values. Verify .usp save/reopen restores joint poses, including duplicate component names and pending motion history.

Expose the existing position setter so a host can synchronize constrained window bounds with the origin used by the next drag. Cover host positioning with a regression test. Validation: 4 useDraggableWindow unit tests and npm run typecheck:quality passed.

按志楷本轮明确授权完成合并前复核。未发现阻塞合并的新增实质性缺陷；此前CSV文本公式前缀问题已由#103修复并包含在本head。复核范围包括MJCF地形/灯光/层级、URDF精度、项目重开与canonical校验、资产下载鉴权、宿主/模型历史路由、关节拖动、位姿导出和AI修改保真。
验证：固定head 5c72cf5 的tree与此前已通过 npm run verify:fast 的c9f8eb08完全一致（2f1a018539b3c37b613069bfea29eeab7e8d4a82）；本轮23个变更邻近测试文件225项全通过，解析器子审查额外5文件65项通过；git diff --check通过，工作区干净。GitHub当前无core checks记录，不将此描述成远端CI通过。无未解决审查线程。
本次仅推进core dev→main，使用merge commit保留USP已验收gitlink c9f8eb08祖先关系；随后重跑USP #73 main归属检查。USP自身完整联合验收、生产备份/worker回执和数据迁移门禁独立，不由core合并代替。

本 PR 将已审核的 core/dev 批次合入 main，包含统一历史/项目重开、关节拖动、浮层、资产下载鉴权、AI mesh 保留、关节位姿 JSON/CSV 导出、MJCF 地形/灯光解析和环境构建校验。共106个文件（+3989/-570）。

npm ci、npm run verify:fast的 c9f8eb0 文件树一致：2f1a018539b3c37b613069bfea29eeab7e8d4a82。bash scripts/validate-core-branch.sh main通过；USP #73远端对应失败job已重跑，最终回执见 USP #73。USP完整联合验收、生产备份/旧worker回执与一次性数据迁移仍独立处理；本次没有合并USP或执行生产数据写入。负责人：志楷。
