Pass text color profile into BasicActionsKeyboardHelpSection content

In src/doppler-effect/view/components/KeyboardShortcutsNode.ts, the keyboard-help dialog cannot currently propagate the sim's text ProfileColorProperty into the inner content of BasicActionsKeyboardHelpSection (standard SceneryStack section). Investigate the supported way to theme that inner text so the help dialog respects projector mode.
