Creates .claude/hooks/session-start.sh to run npm install when Claude Code starts in a remote environment, ensuring biome (linter/formatter) and TypeScript are available. Registers the hook in .claude/settings.json and updates .gitignore to track .claude/ configs while excluding local settings. https://claude.ai/code/session_012bHU4cHbsUFmrbfWbai4d1
