The packaged TechVault MCP sources could not express raw XML request bodies, and the Wazuh rule-authoring tool called an obsolete API path with the wrong authentication method.
This change refreshes the red and blue MCP source artifacts. It adds raw-string request body schemas and configures rule writes through the authenticated Wazuh rules-file endpoint. The pack manifest, SDL references, checksums, sizes, and provenance now identify the updated artifacts.
Validation:
The exact pack test could not start in the current environment because the pinned
raesdependency is not installed.
