Retained as the consolidated Python dependency update, superseding #395, #397, #398, #407, and #408. Issue #439 (#439) tracks the required corrections: keep httpx2/httpcore2 aligned, reconcile all co-installed locks including idna in the audit lock, preserve the historical recovery SBOM generator at 7.3.0, and obtain passing verification for the final head. This PR remains open for those changes. |

Update the grouped Python dependency and CI toolchain locks, including matched httpx2/httpcore2 versions, MCP, SSE/ASGI dependencies, build tooling, coverage, and the active SBOM generator. Regenerate the audit and SBOM locks against the runtime closure so co-installed packages, including idna and rpds-py, agree.
Preserve the historical v2.0.2 recovery SBOM generator at cyclonedx-bom==7.3.0 under ADR 0026, while retaining the cryptography security-floor and build-tool updates. The exact raes==6.0.1 dependency and published package metadata remain unchanged.

Validation: all 951 unit tests pass, including the dependency-pinning contracts. Both repository and example-pack validation, both release checks, and compilation pass locally. See the PR checks for verification of the final head.
